DLX has built a complete special alloy production system covering melting, forging and rolling, drawing and forming, heat treatment, precision machining and testing. This enables integrated production and quality control from raw materials to finished products.
For different alloy systems (nickel based alloys, high temperature alloys, precision alloys) and product forms, we design tailored process solutions to ensure stable microstructure and uniform mechanical properties.
Bar:
Manufactured by a combination of forging and drawing, together with precise heat treatment for grain structure control, meeting requirements for high strength, high corrosion resistance and high stability.
Strip:
Produced via continuous rolling and precision annealing to ensure uniform thickness and clean edges. Ideal for high precision stamping, flexible connections and electronic components.
Tube:
Formed by piercing, rolling or cold drawing, followed by strict heat treatment and inspection processes, ensuring comprehensive performance in pressure resistance, corrosion resistance and dimensional accuracy.
Plate:
Based on precision rolling and optimized high temperature annealing, significantly improving ductility and corrosion resistance. Suitable for pressure vessels and structural components.
Wire:
Produced through high purity melting combined with forging and rolling, followed by multi pass precision drawing and controlled atmosphere annealing, ensuring uniform diameter and smooth surface. Dimensional tolerance can reach ±0.01mm. Suitable for heating elements, precision electronics and high temperature applications.
Production Capacity & Manufacturing Advantages
The company’s production base covers approximately 12,000 square meters, equipped with complete facilities for R&D, large scale production, precision testing and standardized packaging. DLX possesses integrated capabilities from material development to batch delivery.
Annual production capacity is about 1,200 tons. We have introduced automated rolling lines, increasing production efficiency by approximately 25% compared with traditional equipment. Meanwhile, we continuously optimize high temperature annealing and microstructure control technologies, enabling our strip and plate products to achieve superior ductility, stability and corrosion resistance for more challenging service conditions.
At the same time, to meet diversified market demands for large volume orders, we have integrated high quality production resources from the industry, forming strategic partnerships with several strong direct factory operations. By combining our own production capacity with partner factories, we are able to respond quickly to small batch urgent orders and precision customized orders, as well as handle bulk centralized procurement for large scale projects.
